Follow Your Business Plan!

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17, NIV)

Every good business owner develops a business plan for his company. A good business plan serves as a road map and helps the company stay focused on where it has been and where it is going. When the business goes off course, the owner refers back to the business plan to get the company back on track.

Every good Christian has a business plan, too. Just as a corporate business plan serves as a roadmap for the company, the Bible serves as a roadmap for our lives. It helps us stay on course and keeps us focused on eternity! When we find ourselves drifting away we can turn to Scripture to help us get back on the right path.

If your “business” is drifting off course, refer back to your “business plan”! Spend some quality time with our Savior in His word this Monday. Enjoy your day, “Working for Christ”!
